We listened to what they wanted and designed a symmetrical pool interior that gives them everything they need. The clients had a wish-list that required a tanning ledge, a bench to accommodate many people, multiple lights, multiple water-features and finally a auto cover for safety.

Plus this home was a walkout and it was a very steep access point for excavating. Although this yard was a challenge because the pool need to fit into a space between the fence and the existing covered patio and there was very little room to work with in the shallow end. POOL OVERVIEW: The client had a long open portion of the yard that was perfect for a long pool. The pool is very exciting at night with 10 lights and and the water-features all lit up. The whole pool is on the Omni App including adjusting pool water temperature, all the lights and the water-features. The water feature is 3 x 3’ Sheer LED lighted Waterfalls that are actuated by the Omni Smartphone App. Overall the space is very user friendly and ready for all the parties the will be enjoying over the next several decades. The tanning ledge is just over 6’ x 14’ and is perfect for 4’ in-pool loungers. We incorporated 15’ long dual benches on each side to accommodate many guests and family members. POOL OVERVIEW: The client had a pie shaped corner yard that was perfect for a pool with a tanning ledge. To heat the water they upgraded to an energy saving 140,000 BTU heat pump.

This pool has the 95% Maintenance Free equipment package of the Saltwater Sanitization, Robotic Pool Cleaner and the SwimClear all-season long filtration. The stamped concrete is a “Resort Style” design that is very light and cool on feet with no release, plus a Cantilevered Concrete Edge. There are 6 small return style lights for amazing illumination at night. For tranquility and fun we added 4 Deck Jets. To save space we added a hidden solar blanket roller at the deep end side called a Clear Deck. The 8’ x 6’ Sunledge was just enough space to accommodate two Signature Chaise Loungers. The typical pool setback is 5’ on each side. We accomplished this with the option of a Variance to achieve a 3’ set back from the back property line and a Tolerance to achieve a 4’ setback on each side. The wanted a 16’ x 34’ Modern Rectangle pool with a Tanning Ledge for two Ledge Loungers. The client really wanted the most pool in their backyard as possible without sacrificing size or deck space.
